Sales Manager

We're seeking a hands-on Sales Manager with a proven ability to lead, train, and develop top-performing Account Executives. The ideal candidate understands how to manage lead flow, improve conversion rates, and coach both Openers and Closers to maximize results.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Establish performance expectations and accountability measures.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture.

Training & Development

  • Train and develop new and existing sales representatives.
  • Coach both Openers and Closers on sales techniques, objection handling, and client engagement.
  • Create and implement ongoing training programs to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve performance.

Lead Management & Conversion Optimization

  • Distribute leads strategically to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor lead flow and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
  • Track conversion rates and analyze sales metrics.
  • Develop processes and best practices to improve lead-to-sale conversions.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and adherence to company sales processes.

Sales Performance

  • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and forecast sales performance.
  • Assist representatives with closing high-value transactions when needed.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.

Communication & Reporting

  • Communicate effectively with ownership and senior leadership regarding team performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Sales Management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading, training, and coaching sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead distribution, and conversion management.
  • Experience training and developing both Openers and Closers.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Strong CRM and sales reporting experience.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be willing and able to work on-site and commute to Los Angeles, CA 90045.

Preferred Experience

  • Precious Metals, Gold, Silver, Bullion, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Alternative Investments industry experience.
  • Knowledge of precious metals products and market trends.
  • Experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound sales environments.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, full-time.

Compensation
$80,000+ base salary based on experience, plus incentives. Total compensation may begin at approximately $100,000 per year depending on experience and performance.
